I r recently switched to progressive so I have no idea about satisfaction. I’ve always been insured with an independent insurance agent and it makes me nervous not having someone know to call about questions and problems.

I was okay with price of my policy at my previous carrier, but decided to shop around prior to renewal anyway. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get more coverage with Progressive for the same price. Switching was easy, and I've got greater peace of mind now. Thanks Progressive!

Got a letter that I was suppose to have my online account done by the 19th of Sept.I didn't get it until the 25 I've not be home helping a family member that had major surgery.
